Complete dealership services, body shop service, maintenance service.
AMG will make service and warranty appointments and perform follow up calls
Daily 10am and 2pm. Schedule all service and body shop appointments.
Regular Cleaning -
- Interior/exterior cleaning
- Move vehicles to and from ready return lane including moves from overflow areas
within the branch
- Ensure turnaround process is within estimated guidelines
- Provide enough staff to ensure the daily needs are met. This will include car detailers,
drivers, lead and supervisor.
- Ensure lead or supervisor present during hours of operation.
Special Cleaning -
-Vehicles that will take longer than a regular cleaning includes pet hair, sand or smoke
smell.
Re-wash -
- Exterior cleaning for vehicles that have been washed, have been stored outside and
need only exterior cleaning.
Perform Overflow moves –
Child seat cleaning -
- Remove, clean, sanitize and repackage seat with requested presentation.
Fleet drivers -
- Provide driver services for maintenance vehicles and body shops.
